1 Introduction & Acceptance

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player", "you", "your") and tc333 ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the tc333 website, mobile interface, applications, and all associated services, including but not limited to sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games, and e-sports wagering (collectively, "the Services").

By accessing the tc333 platform, registering an account, making a deposit, or placing any wager, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in full, that you understand them, and that you agree to be bound by them without reservation. 2 Eligibility

To register and use the tc333 platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

3 Account Registration

3.1 Registration Requirements

To access the full range of Services offered by tc333, you must create a registered account. During registration you will be required to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, email address, phone number, and preferred payment method details. You agree to keep this information up to date at all times.

3.2 One Account Policy

Each individual player is permitted to maintain exactly one active tc333 account at any given time. The creation of duplicate, secondary, or otherwise multiple accounts — whether under the same identity or different identities — is strictly prohibited. tc333 employs technical and manual controls to detect multiple account registration. Where duplicate accounts are identified, all associated accounts may be permanently suspended and any balances and pending withdrawals forfeited.

3.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. tc333 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain adequate account security. You must notify tc333 support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation.

3.4 Account Verification (KYC)

As part of our commitment to safe and responsible operation, tc333 may request Know Your Customer ("KYC") documentation from any player at any time. This may include, but is not limited to, a government-issued photo identification document (National ID card, passport, or driving licence), proof of address (utility bill or bank statement no older than three months), and documentation confirming the source of deposited funds. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified may result in the suspension of your account and the withholding of any pending withdrawals.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

4.1 Supported Payment Methods

tc333 supports the following payment methods for deposits and withdrawals by Bangladeshi players: bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank transfer, and Visa/Mastercard. All transactions are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). tc333 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies.

4.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 per transaction for mobile wallet payments (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and ৳1,000 per transaction for bank transfers and card payments. Maximum deposit limits may apply depending on your account verification status and payment method. tc333 reserves the right to amend these limits without prior notice.

4.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to bKash, Nagad, Rocket, and Upay are ordinarily processed within 15 to 60 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 2 business days. tc333 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawals pending completion of identity verification, satisfaction of active bonus wagering requirements, or where a withdrawal is flagged for review under our anti-money-laundering ("AML") procedures.

4.4 Own Funds Only

You may only deposit funds that belong to you legally. You must not deposit funds that are sourced from criminal activity, that belong to a third party, or that represent the proceeds of money laundering. tc333 co-operates fully with relevant authorities and financial institutions in the investigation of suspicious transactions.

4.5 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if there has been no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months. tc333 reserves the right to apply an inactivity administration fee of ৳200 per month to dormant account balances after the initial 12-month dormancy period. Players will be notified by email prior to any such deduction. The inactivity fee will not reduce your balance below zero.

5 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

tc333 offers a range of bonuses, free bets, cashback offers, and promotional incentives to both new and existing players. All promotional offers are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time the offer is presented. The following general principles apply to all tc333 promotions unless expressly stated otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to eligible players who are 21 years of age or older and whose accounts are in good standing.
• Each bonus offer is limited to one per player, per household, per device, and per IP address unless stated otherwise.

6 Betting & Gaming Rules

6.1 General Betting Rules

All bets placed on tc333 are subject to the platform's general betting rules and, where applicable, the specific rules for the relevant sport, market, or game type. By placing a bet, you confirm that you have read and understood the applicable rules. In the event of a dispute, the tc333 rules as published on the platform at the time the bet was placed shall be determinative.

6.2 Minimum and Maximum Stakes

Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to all betting markets and casino games on tc333. These limits are displayed at the point of bet placement and on individual game interfaces. tc333 reserves the right to impose personalised stake limits on any account at its sole discretion, including where a player's betting patterns are identified as unusual or inconsistent with recreational play.

6.3 Voided and Cancelled Events

tc333 reserves the right to void bets on any event or market that is cancelled, postponed, interrupted, or abandoned before the relevant outcome has been determined in accordance with the applicable rules. In such circumstances, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance. Live in-play bets that have already been settled will not be reopened.

6.4 Erroneous Odds and Technical Errors

In the event that odds, lines, or game outcomes are published in error due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human error, tc333 reserves the right to void the affected bets and return stakes to players. tc333 will not be liable to honour payouts arising from manifest errors, regardless of whether the error was identified before or after settlement.

6.5 Casino and Slot Games

All casino and slot games offered on tc333 use certified random number generators (RNGs) provided by accredited game studios including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Ezugi. Game outcomes are determined independently of any action by tc333. Players acknowledge that casino and slot outcomes are random and that past results do not influence future outcomes.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on tc333 and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. Where prohibited conduct is identified, tc333 may immediately suspend or permanently close your account, void all pending bets and withdrawals, and forfeit any balance held in your account:

• Fraudulent activity: Use of stolen, counterfeit, or unauthorised payment instruments; misrepresentation of identity; or any other conduct designed to defraud tc333 or any third party.
• Money laundering: Use of tc333 accounts or Services to launder the proceeds of criminal activity, or any other conduct in contravention of applicable anti-money-laundering laws.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market, including but not limited to chip dumping, match fixing, or sharing betting information for profit.
• Use of automated systems: Use of bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any other automated system to place bets, interact with the platform, or circumvent fair-play controls.
• Arbitrage betting: Systematic exploitation of pricing differences between tc333 markets and those of other platforms with the sole intention of generating guaranteed profit regardless of outcome.
• Account sharing: Allowing a third party to access or operate your tc333 account, whether or not for commercial gain.
• Underage access: Registering an account or accessing the Services while under 21 years of age, or facilitating access for a minor.

9 Intellectual Property

12 Amendments to These Terms

tc333 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, tc333 will notify registered players by email and/or by displaying a notice on the platform for a minimum of 7 days prior to the changes taking effect. 13 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable to the jurisdiction in which tc333 operates. Nothing in these Terms shall restrict your statutory rights as a consumer under applicable law.

In the event of a dispute between you and tc333, we encourage you to contact our customer support team in the first instance so that we may attempt to resolve the matter informally. tc333 aims to respond to all formal complaints within 5 business days. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through direct communication, the matter may be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the arbitration rules applicable in the relevant jurisdiction.

tc333 does not submit to the jurisdiction of any court or arbitration body in relation to disputes arising from your failure to comply with these Terms, including but not limited to disputes arising from fraudulent conduct, prohibited activity, or breach of the eligibility requirements set out in Section 2.
